We rented this lovely cottage for a week and it was one of the most charming and peaceful places we have ever stayed in. The welcoming touches in the house included fresh produce, wine and figs freshly picked from the garden. The owners were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The property was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The village is only a short bike ride away and has a fabulous butchers shop and bakery. There are several restaurants nearby and best of all, the beautiful town of Uzes. Highly recommend a visit there, just 15 minutes by car. We also went to the Pont Du Guard, which is a world heritage sight and a must see. The garden and pool were an absolute haven and we found it hard to tear ourselves away to go sightseeing. Service from the owners was excellent, I have no hesitation in recommending the "sheepfold" and have many happy memories of our stay.

We stayed at this Villa the last 2 weeks of August 2012. The villa owned by the lovely and welcoming hosts, Sylvie & Jean-Luis was just fantastic and we highly recommend it. As a family who has stayed in a number of villas in Europe all too often there is always something missing but the hosts have thought of everything.

It is both child and adult friendly (we are a family of 4 with small children) and also other friends and family stayed for a number of days over the 2 weeks.

From the fully equipped kitchen (it has everything you can think of), amazing grounds for kids to play on, a beaufiful fresh water pool with child alarms and a number of sun loungers, a great barbecue and seating area for a large party, fully powerful Wi-Fi across all the grounds, living quarters which are nicely spaced apart so no one wakes each other up, games (ping pong, boules, badminton etc) bikes (at least 6!) and the really cool, tasteful decor makes this place a real find in the French countryside.

We will be back there is no doubt and it's no suprise the villa is always booked up throughout the year.

Nach einem aussergewöhnlichem Empfang von Sylvie und Jean-Louis stellten wir die Koffer ab, atmeten einige Male die warme Sommerluft ein - und waren sofort entspannt. Die Tage in der Bergerie waren phantastisch, wir fanden ein komplett und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus vor. Küche, Bäder, Schlafzimmer - alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz. Die Aussenanlagen waren in der gleichen hohen Qualität, der Pool perfekt. Selten fühlten wir uns an einem Ort so wohl wie in diesem Haus - natürlich Dank der herorragenden Gastgeber! Die Region ist sehr reizend, es gibt in nächster Umgebung eine Vielzahl zu sehen - Wer den Süden Frankreichs liebt wird hier in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Wir werden wiederkommen !

Superbe villa au milieu de la campagne gardoise, a deux tours de roues a velo du village. Rien ne manque ... Nous avons meme prepare qqs pots de confiture avec les figues du jardin! Exceptionnel endroit pour passer des vacances calmes au coeur d'une region magnifique. Sans oublier les attentions de Sylvie et Jean-Louis.
Un petit coin de paradis!

Un cadre calme et idyllique, une vue sur les champs sans vis à vis, une maison décorée avec goût et attention, des hôtes au petit soin, un service de grande qualité, un couloir de nage permettant de faire de vraies longueurs, des vélos et une table de ping-pong à disposition ... un endroit magique et magnifique!

Une demeure magnifique pour passe des vacances relaxant et de qualité. Une maison avec beaucoup de charme et des prestations très haut gamme - très bon entretiens et un accueil chaleureux. Une piscine de 18 mètres de long enlève tout argument pour ne pas faire du sport en vacances et la cuisine d'été et les endroits dans le jardin enlève tous besoin d'un salle de sejour ou à manger (biensûr qu'ils sont là et très jolie aussi - mais sauf en temps de pluie pas utilisé par nous).... Espérant que la maison est disponible pour nos prochaines vacances...

c'est simple, cette maison est simplement fantastique, paradisiaque, un vrai havre de tranquillité et de repos. les propriétaires sont adorables, gentils et disponibles. Ils pensent à tout et l'accueil est chaleureux. Foncez sans hésiter une seconde!

Location tres propre et tres bien maintenue, proprietaires ont pense a tous les details, ideal pour vacances avec enfants, proprietaires ont ete tres flexibles et tres gentil en donant tous conseils necessaires.
