Great property and location

We stayed 4 nights in this property. We were met at Rialto Bridge by the owner Simon who lives next door. It is in a great location only 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. We were able to walk everywhere and loved our stay.
The only advice for furture renters is there is no lift. As my husband kept reminding me there are 49 steps to take your cases up. But it is worth the effort.
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

So Convenient and comfortable

Absolutely lovely. We stayed in mid July 2011 and would recommend it for being very stylish and well equipped, comfortable, good air con, very peaceful (in a square) yet convenient - just yards from the Grand Canal, supermarket and pharmacy and only 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks. It was much nicer than a hotel, atmospheric having someone's boat on the ground floor and launch door to small canal. The stairs up to the apartment were fine though the ones to the roof terrace a little precarious.

GREAT APARTMENT

HAD A GREAT FIVE DAYS HERE IN JULY. WEATHER HOT HOT HOT.
WELL SITUATED FOR ALL AMENIITIES. LOCAL WINE SHOP BY APARTMENT. GREAT DAYS OUT AT MURANO AND BURANO BY LOCAL WATER TAXI.

Fantastic apartment

Can't understand why not loads of reviews on this place. It was fantastic. We arrived late at night by water taxi, bit apprehensive when we arrived at a very tatty door, but we were met and taken upstairs to the apartment and it is every bit as fantastic as it looks on the photos.
Ultra modern, air con throughout (godsend in the heat I can tell you) absolutely PERFECT location - 50 yards from Rialto bridge, shops, restaurants, water taxis, couldn't be better. Great selection of CDs left by owner, great sound system. Bathrooms brilliant.
Patio was fantastic bonus as it was roasting so we had a few hours each night sat outside. Despite being very central the double glazing made the apartment silent, great comfy beds.
Kitchen fully equiped and even had condiments etc. Only one comment - would have been nice to have some water in fridge as we were late arriving it was difficult to find something until we got our bearings.
All in all, highly recommended, excellent and we will definitely return, preferably when its not so hot and humid!
