We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights and it was some very good days.
The apartment is in the centre of South Beach and nearby shopping, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is very nice with modern funitures and lots of space. We were 4 adults and that functioned very well. The privat swimmingpool is a big plus, then you can get away from the city and just relax and enjoy the weather. Michael and the housekeeper were very nice and helpfull, so we would definitely recommend the apartment to others. The privat parking space in the basement is the best when you are in a city with lots of people and cars. We rented a car because there is many things to see in the Miami area. We look forward to visit the apartment again.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 nights at the beginning of October.
We are a family of four , 2 boys aged 14 and 11 and we need more space than the usual hotel room on holiday. With Miami hotel prices so high,booking 2 rooms was out of the question so this apartment seemed ideal.
From the outset, the communication with the owner was excellent ( which I think is very important in a private rental)
When we arrived at our apartment we were so pleased. It was exceptionally clean and so, so stylishly furnished. The pool was never busy and my boys had it to themselves which they loved.
On the first night there after our long,long journey from Scotland we were lucky to have comprehensive information from the owner which pointed us in the direction of
some local shops to buy necessities for 2 hungry boys.....and some beers for Mum and Dad to enjoy on the balcony
This apartment is a stones throw from Lincoln Road Mall with all its shops, bars and restaurants and is immediately across the road from Macy's. It was a great base for exploring South Beach which we loved and if we are back in Miami we will definitely be staying here.

My girlfriends and I chose to stay at this lovely unit for our annual trip to South Beach this year. Though the unit is a little far from the beach, it is an extremely convenient location to Lincoln Road shopping and dining. The unit was well appointed with modern furnishings and plenty of linens and towels were provided. I fell in love with the floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings as well as the spacious balcony. Michael and Edward were excellent hosts and extremely responsive and professional. I cannot wait to return next year!

"We had a fantastic stay from the moment we recieved the keys from the caretaker until we went home. The apartment is very modern and spacious with all of the home comforts and more that you need whilst you are away from home. The location is excellent and is just a few minutes walk from the best beaches and shops in south beach. The communication in renting the apartment was excellent and the people involved in the whole process from renting to leaving made to very easy and stress free. what an excellent trip backed up by fabulous accomodation."

We stayed in this appartment for 11 days and it was great.
Everything was perfect. The location was good, we mustn´t go very
far to the next supermarket, restaurant or shopping- stores.
The appartment itself was very large and got a dryer and a washing machine.
