The house is on the seafront, a short walk from beaches equipped.
It is also close to the center of a small town, and it's a classic holiday village for families.
The house is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, fans, Babeque. The location is very convenient to visit Kusadasi, Ephesus and the Milli park, nature park where there is a beautiful clean sea and you can see some animals.
It's the ideal place for a holiday, sun, sea and relaxation.

We stayed in the house 17 to 23 August 2012. We were a group of six friends from Italy and we were all very good.
The house is cozy, there is everything you can wish for!
The location is great, very close to a very nice beach and from the town center. It 's very close to Ephesus and Milli park, a park with beautiful natural beaches where you can enjoy long walk and see animals.
the owner was very kind and also sent me the map to find the right street.

We really enjoyed our stay in your house. As we had a car we travelled throughout the area and it was a good base for exploration. It was very convenient connecting with the houseminder, I'm sorry I've forgotten his name, and he was waiting for us at the centre circle when we arrived to lead us to the house. The house was comfortable and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the view of the Aegean, Samos and the beach walk. The weather was perfect.
Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your house, the area and Turkey. We had a wonderful trip and definitely want to return.

We stayed with two young children fall 2011. The house was great for us - clean, well maintained, and having a washing machine was wonderful (with the kids). Great location close to the beach, town, and the weekly market. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for our trip planning, rental cars, hotel (we arrived via Izmir), and things to do in the area. Great value. We would highly recommend this property!

A truly delightful, bright, reasonably priced, well-maintained, and well-appointed three-bedroom/two-bath home in which to spend a few or more days (we'd recommend at least four or five to see all that's in the area) with real comfort for a family of six. This "Villa Med" will give you a place to be calm and engaged with the friendly people of Guzelcamli and put you not only at the very edge of the gorgeous Aegean Sea and its soothing, lapping waves but also be your base for short drives to such glorious ancient sites as Ephesus, Priene, Miletus, and Didyma, and also the high-class town of Bodrum. Even Pammakule and Aphrodisias--must sees!--are within a day trip of this home. The home's owner is a most communicative, helpful, and thoughtful guide long before you arrive, providing via email everything you need to know about the area--where to dine and find groceries, local customs, what to see--and if he's not there to let you in (as was our case given it was late fall) he'll connect you with some delightful citizens of the community to make sure everything you need is clear and at hand. Truly, this is the place to stay on the beautiful Aegean Coast of Turkey. Do consider it one of your best options among the available rentals in the area, especially as it's right on the Aegean and close to so much Turkish grandeur.
