I thoroughly recommend staying at this property in Mojacar. The accommodation is first class and sleeps 4 comfortably. Upon arrival we were amazed at how clean and well-maintained the house was and we immediately felt at home. The description of the property is very accurate. The views from the house are wonderful and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the large south facing balcony. The complex is very peaceful considering you're only a few minutes walk down to the main road.

Mojacar is a beautiful part of Spain with many reasonably priced restaurants around the area. The supermarkets are also very close by and because the kitchen was so clean and user-friendly we were able to cook and enjoy eating in too.

it is as advertised on the site and was spotless on our arrival
the large south facing balcolny gets the sun all day and being 300 metres from the sea front is wounderfully quiet and peacefull there is an adequate swimming pool and sun area at the top of this small complex.

Mojacar is a great resort with none of the high rise blocks that blight some of
southern spain there are now 5 golf courses within 5/30 mins drive and it is served by almeria 50mins murcia 90mins or alicante 2hrs airports with easy motorway links. there is a large variety of restaurants and bars all within easy reach. The old town up on the mountain is a delight. Do walk the old streets and
visit the boutiqes and have a coffee on the high terrace up there with fantastic views of the whole area for miles around.
The neighbouring towns of Garrucha and Carbonerras are also wounderful
and the drive along the mountain coast road to the latter has some breathtaking views. all these little towns and Vera have street markets on different days
so go grab yourself a bargain not to mention the truly exceptional fruit and veg.
This area of spain is little known and for those who wish to be adventurous it
is a couple of hours drive to Granada and the alhambra palace(book your visit)
and from there you can drive up the seirra nevada to the snow and ski-ing with
stunning veiws from the top and on the way you can visit the cowboy village
in the desert where the famous spaggetti westerns were filmed.
this whole area is spain at its best also with the best climate in europe so go
and enjoy you will not be dissapointed.

Mojacar is a lovely place to visit as we have returned once a year for the past 11 years, staying in various apartments but this one truly had everything you required, we couldn't have asked for more.

We enjoyed spending time on the patio in the early morning and evening looking at the beautiful scenary whilst enjoying our coffee in the morning or our home made evening meal so peaceful and rememorable.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, with lots of storage for your clothes (especially hangers as these are usually limited) it also has sky television and a dvd player which kept the children entertained, air conditioning which was a god send, the fans on the lights also did just as good of a job. A washing machine I like nothing more than a clean towel for when you are getting out of the shower after spending the day on the beach, which is only 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. The front door has also got a gate on the outside of it making you feel secure whilst in the property but also secured whilst outside of the property (just peace of mind).

The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket (Thomas') and very close to shops and other local amenities.

The owners arranged transfers for us which was another less stressful thing to sort out and the hand over of the keys. Stan and Ally were extremely helpful, for which we are so grateful.

The owners were very helpful from the initial enquiry to a follow up email on our return, we would highly recommend this apartment above anywhere else we have stayed in Mojacar, and hope to return again next year for another fantastic holiday.
