This apartment was perfect for our needs. We have 2 children and the distance to the beach is important. Here we were able to walk in the shade of the pine trees the few 100 meters to the beach without needing a car or having to go on the street. There is a easy path that leads to the beach directly from the apartment complex. There is the option of paying for an umbrella and lounge chair or using the public beach that is free, so this was a welcome option for us. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the basic necessities we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

It was nice to come back to the apartment after spending the morning at the beach and prepare our own meals and take a nap before going back to the beach again. There is one small bedroom with a bunk bed to sleep 2 and another bedroom with queen size bed which is semi-removed from the living area. The bathroom was very large and clean. . The parking lot was within easy distance and we had no problems unloading our things. There are restaurants and stores for grocery shopping located within a 5 minute driving distance. We also enjoyed some outtings to nearby Castiglion della Pescaia, Follonica and Grosetto. We would highly recommend this apartment in Punta Ala , as we just loved our time here. Relax, sun, beach and just peace…that is what we needed to recharge our batteries.
