Very nice apartment. The building ist not the modern one, but it's cute and clean, nothing is damaged, all things works properly, there are very duty and safe doors, a lockable balcony. It's directly in the city, but there is very quietly. It's on a small beautiful place near a big market. 5 minutes walk and you're on Las Ramblas. 15 minutes and you're on the beach.
The owner is very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!

Great location...perfect for us, a family of three

We stayed in this apartment for 4 days in this great location. It's small but we liked it because It's in a real neighborhood with a cafe downstairs and others nearby. Its location near the Picasso Museum and the Metro was excellent. The Parc Citadelle, Zoo and Arc de Triumph are a few blocks away. We could run to the beach. And the Born which is a few blocks away is really the place to be if you want nightlife and new and interesting restaurants. Barcelona is an easy city to get around by public transport so we were really glad we stayed here. We would stay there again if we are lucky to go back to Barcelona. Mark, the owner, is very helpful and was easy to deal with through email. And he was able to give us advise on navigating the city.
