We stayed in December 2012 (2 adults and 2 children). The place is very well located, close to supermarkets, metro and regular bus lines and not so far to museums and cinemas. The apartment had tv, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the linen were clean. A very good Wifi connection was available. The contact with Mr Warren was very courteous at all times. We had not problems during the booking and payment of the apartment. We definitely recommend to anyone who is planning to visit London.

Four friends and I stayed at the Kensington apartment for 5 nights during our visit to London. The accommodation was spot on. It was clean, had really good facilities and was in a great location! Tesco was a quick walk from the apartment as was the underground station. Harrods and the Natural History Museum are further down the road and it makes for a nice walk in good weather. The house had great facilities like tv, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. And everything was spotless, including clean linen. The landlord was really nice and helpful too! He even has some London guide books at the apartment so you can look up things to do and see. Overall I had a great time there and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit London and stay at a great house of very high quality!

We are a group of 6 friends, two couples and two friends. We stayed 6 days in this apartment and we really enjoyed our trip also thanks to the place.All the details explained in the announce represent the reality: the house in fact is opposite to a bus stopping, is 5 minutes walking to the Earl's Court Underground, Tesco is 3 minutes walking and there you can find everything. The zone is really elegant and full of pubs, supermarkets, facilities. We found the house cleaned and ordered. Sheets, towels, hairdryer, soap, dishwasher tablets are available in the apartment at our arrival. Mr Warren, the owner, is a really kind and helpful man. He helps us a lot for what concerns indications and explanations. Only the sofa bed in the living room is not as confortable as the other beds but it's good to sleep in just for few days. We strongly recommend this apartment for all these elements: connection between quality and price, confortability, accomodation, facilities, zone, owner! We think it represents a perfect place for a perfect holiday! Enjoy it! And thanks a lot, again, to Mr Warren!

Very dirty, rugs gross and kids got bitten up by bedbugs. Informed owner and said things would be taken care of--check before renting. Good location but too pricey.

Myself and my partner and our 4 children in total stayed here for 4 nights in April 2011. Prior to booking this apartment we had looked for hotel rooms to sleep 6 and apart from the fact we could hardly find any, the ones we did find were approx £150 per night. For the same price we found this apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and booked it straightaway. The owner was a lovely man and waited for us to arrive after regularly checking on us as it was clear we were lost whilst trying to find the apartment! We eventually did find it and the owner showed us around, the utensils and linen available was more than enough for us and there was even a cupboard of provisions for a first night cuppa, anything else we needed we'd got from the nearby Tesco. It was clean and tidy.
As we had 4 young children this place was excellent in the way of distance to things and we managed to walk to earls court station everyday and to the Natural History Museum. There is a washing machine and the bathrooms were modern as there were 2 it meant we didn't have to wait for anyone to get ready. The TV with Sky was great for keeping the kids entertained on a night (a close second for entertainment was the intercom with tv screen that the kids played with for ages!) and it was nice to have the kitchen living room all in one so no-one felt out of the way.
The owner was always on hand if we had any queries and rang us after we'd left thinking we had left a suitcase.. (it turned out to be the cleaners).

All in all so much better than if we had have paid the same price for one cramped hotel room. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone going to London.

The gentleman who met us was very welcoming. We stayed in the flat for 3 nights in December 2010 and booked and paid for another 7 nights for January 2011. Our first stay was so bad we did not return for the 7 nights. Our daughter stayed for 1 night and then returned to a hostel near Westminster as it was more comfortable. We booked another flat in Maida Vale to stay in.
The flat was clean but very basic. The double bed very low to the ground and uncomfortable.
The single bed in the single room was grim. The mattress was covered in ripped plastic, the window covered in plastic. Curtains and blinds torn.
The pull out bed was unbelievable not usable.The other bed was a blow up pool mattress! There is no way 6 people could stay in the flat in comfort.
The flat was very warm, the WiFi worked well, great location. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. The photo's look better than the reality.

The best thing about this basement flat is the location:Tube station 10 mins away, bus stop across the street, Tesco 5 mins walking, breakfast bar just around the corner. The area is very quiet and safe and we felt really at ease.
There were 8 of us: 6 adults and 1 kid and a baby, so we were a bit crammed, but as we only spent dinnertime and night there, it was more than acceptable. The kitchen equipment was good,so was the amount of the provided linen and towels, and having sat TV and internet access was great.
The owner was very friendly and available since the beginning of the whole transaction and also while we were in London, even when I called him on Saturday night because we couldn't find the hairdryer (which was in a drawer, btw...).
I would recommend this flat to anybody wishing to have a comfortable time in London, though maybe with a smaller party than ours: I think 5 is the perfect number to fully enjoy it (the pull out bed makes the smaller bedroom a bit too tight!!). Apart from this, we really had a great time!

very nice flat with plenty of equipment for cooking and cleaning. We five spent there 10 days in good comfort, using as well the sofa bed, which resulted to be the best of all. The kitchen is very well equipped and nice to live in in raining days. Rooms are big enough and the presence of two bathrooms allowed us a good timing for our visits. In spite of facing a street with fair traffic, it wasn't noisy inside, due to the good insulation.
We loved the location of the apartment: very comfortable to a particularly well organized shopping center and to the underground and bus. We were satisfied of the connections, for instance by bus to Victoria station (therefore to Gatwick airport), and to averything worth to be seen. Besides, the town area seems to be very quiet and safe. We often saw people walking alone at night and we felt safe ourself, even to go shopping at night (Tesco center nearby open 24h, which wery cheap and conveninent).
Our landlord was wery nice and helpful every time we need him.
