Lovely villa in a great location!
My friends and I had a lovely, relaxing stay in Villa Eleni at the end of September. We were 6 friends (including one couple) in our late 20s / early 30s, looking for a high spec villa in a peaceful location, but close enough to a town so we could enjoy going out for some food and drinks in the evenings. For this purpose, Kassiopi - and Villa Eleni - were perfect!
The villa itself is a great size - we had more than enough room, and defintiely could have easily invited a few more friends along too! The master bedroom (which is the only room on the top floor) is a great room, and leads on to a lovely roof terrace where we sat and had drinks most nights. All other bedrooms are on the ground floor (one large double, and two large twin rooms). Except for one of the twins, all bedrooms are en suite - but if you're in the twin, you can then just use the main, family bathroom as your en suite as it's just outside!
The pool and area surrounding the pool are great - plenty of sun all day (but it's very easy to find a shady spot too if you want to get out of the sun). It was lovely to sit outside and have lunch every day, and one night we did (successfully!) fire up the BBQ. It's literally 3 minutes walk down to the harbour / town, where there is a large choice of restaurants. Most offer a very similar menu (and prices) to each other, but we did find a couple of gems. Our favourite was the one furthest along the harbour away from the villa - I forget what it's called, but it was a little more expensive than the others but the food was well worth it.
It's not a party town!! But if you're looking for a relaxing, excellent value, but good quality place to stay, with the option of nice restaurants and a few bars that stay open late into the night, this is a great place to stay :)

Want a fantastic villa in Kassiopi look no further
The listing and description for this Villa were accurate but I feel the real thing is far better than the description, the layout is absolutely perfect and the facilities are better than we could have hoped for.
All the bedrooms were of a high quality with very comfortable beds all rooms were large and had en-suite bathrooms, all bedrooms also had air conditioning to add to the comfort.
The best bedroom is on the top floor very large with a beautiful balcony and a bathroom to die for with fantastic views over the harbour and sea.
The main living area was very spacious and very well presented with very good quality furniture, the kitchen area was well equipped and had all the mod cons you could want. The pool area was the best we have ever been to and was very clean, there was lots of outdoor space to play and relax in with plenty of seating so no one has to stand.
The whole property was very clean and well maintained, cleaners come in on regular intervals to clean and change bedding and the pool was cleaned every night.
The owner Keleigh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish nothing was ever too much and she always had time to email and arrange anything you needed.
I would recommend this property to anyone it was pure luxury in a fantastic area with fantastic views; I would not look any further than this property if I was to visited this resort again.
There was no part of the villa or the area that I disliked the whole experience was great, the best restaurant we found just happened to be owned by the owners of the villa and I have to say the food was excellent and the restaurant is called Petrinos situated in the harbour, again lovely views.
I would like to add that the owners run there villas and restaurant in the same manner very professional use top quality ingredients with top quality management all round a delight to visit will defiantly be back.

Fantastic villa in great location
I stayed in villa elleni with my parents, sister and friend, husband and our 2 year old son for a week in June and what a fantastic time we had, the first thing we all said when we first saw the villa was 'wow' it truly is amazing, all the rooms are very large, all to very high standard and very clean,
The pool is very large and was brilliant for all the family, we did think about paying extra for heating but we didnt really need it, soon as the sun warmed it in it was fine.
The owner kayleigh is very helpful and friendly and would of been straight there if we had had any problems.
Cant wait to go back. The best place i have ever stayed.

LOVELY SURPRISE! FABULOUS VILLA IN LOVELY LOCATION
DESCRIPTION & PHOTOS V.ACCURATE (NO ARTISTIC LICENSE USED IN PHOTOS!) Villa is probably better than shown. One of the nicest villas we have rented & we have had many over the years! Location was perfect for us, 5-10 mins walk to village/harbour, quiet, private & superb views. Many good restaurants (go to Petrino). Our first visit to Corfu & it was better than we had hoped, Kassioppi is lovely, harbour is fab (good boat trips from there). We suggest a few more cooking/bbq utensils for those of us who like to cater would be good & some towels for pool use (baggage allowances are so poor).
Keleigh & Yiannis are really nice & v. accommodating, Keleigh arranged our (large) shopping list to be at the villa before we got there which was brilliant (no car needed). We had a very lovely "chillaxing" time! Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa in a great location
Villa Eleni delivers everything it promises in the photos and info about it. The 8 of us couldn't have asked for more. Keleigh met us on arrival to show us around and answer any queries we had. The location is great just 5 minutes walk away is the friendly town with many restaurants, bars and shops.
Would not hesitate to stay here again. Is a little bit of luxury.

Great Town, Beautiful Villa
Didn't think the villa could be as nice as the photo's suggested but it was everything it promised. Spacious, airy and clean. Fantastic pool, wonderful views. The location was quiet but just 5 mins away was the lovely little town and harbour. Keleigh welcomed us when we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. She also recommended Cosmic tourist office to organise transfers. Who were also extremely helpful. Great food everywhere we went. Dined in Petrino's which was gorgeous. Lobster stuffed mushrooms Yummy!!

Terrific holiday at Villa Eleni Kassiopi
We stayed in Villa Eleni June 2011. Being new the Villa was beautifully presented with 3 great doubles/en-suite downstairs and a gorgeous
mainbedroom suite upstairs. WE always look for air-con and mosquito guards which Eleni had both (although we all succumbed to a few bites but these were probably got outside - I am yet to come back from a holiday abroad without at least one bite!!) The pool area was great and we had a couple of great barbeques (although we did feel there was a lack of barbeque utensils). The cleaning of villa and changing of linen was great with very little disruption to us. We were pleased with the location of the Villa and could walk every evening into the harbour for our meals. Keleigh and Yanis were very nice people and nothing was too much trouble. They also have a fabulous restaurant in the harbour which we ate at a couple of times during our stay. We would definitely recommend (but are torn to do so as it may mean we have trouble getting in another time!!).

Our Family Holiday
The holiday we had at Villa Eleni will take some beating. We have been to kassiopi six or seven times, so we knew our way around the beaches and bars.
This was the first time we had taken any of our grandchildren or our daughter and her partner, and they were delighted with the villa and facilities.
we expected the weather to be cooler in October, so we had the pool heated. The kids were in as soon as we arrived.
Unfotunately, Keleigh could not be with us as she had to come to England on family bussiness. Yiannis looked after us just fine in her absence, though.
Cosmic arranged our trips and our transfers very nicely, thanks. Vera and Mike have been in kassiopi for 35 years, so they know there way arround.
As a siteseeing base the north east is ideal, as this part of Corfu is very picturesque and easy to get to
We will be back!.

Our fantastic stay in villa Eleni 2009
My family and I recently returned from two great weeks in Villa Eleni, in the picturesque village of Kassiopi. This was our fourth villa in North East Corfu and our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. Villa Eleni itself is a beautiful villa, fitted out to a very high standard on three levels, each room has its own character, there are numerous balconies and terraces, air conditioning throughout, with a beautiful and spacious living room. The kitchen is modern and spacious, as are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is the best we have used and enjoys the sun all day and there are wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, Kassiopi and the sea. Kassiopi is a lovely village, even so, they are continuing to improve the place with more parkland being added around the harbour area and a very attractive pedestrian scheme which is due to be completed in November 2009...it’s all good. The villas owners were also a great source of knowledge in terms of booking car hire, ferry tickets to Corfu Town (well worth a visit), etc. Ioannis, Keleigh and the team were excellent hosts, always there if you needed them but never in the way. They also own “Petrino’s” restaurant in the village which we dined in on four separate occasions, so that tells you something about our view place. Great food, great service and a great atmosphere...I can still taste the “Grilled Field Mushrooms” and “Folded Lamb” now! They were also big enough to recommend other competitor restaurants which I thought was very mature and when Ioannis recommended a place, it was always a good recommendation. We miss the place already...
