Great Location

We were a large group of friends coming from all over the world. And an apartment for rent was ideal. The place was exactly what we expected and as described in the listing. The information for the house was easily provided, and very helpful. The property was clean. There is a small supermarket right across the street. At the last minuted we extended our stay by one night, and the owner was easy to get in touch with, and responded quickly to our questions. Overall we had no problems. The location is fantastic! Right off of Market Street, close to Hayes Valley eating are. Near Alamo Square. Beautiful houses!
The best part about the house, even though it was on a pretty busy street, with a bus stop right in front of the house, was the beds. They had AMAZING beds! I've rented a lot properties all over the world, and by far, these beds were amazing! All of them, not just the master bedroom!

Three Bedroom Apartment or a cramped hotel room?

The choice is easy, A Three Bedroom Apartment. A family can enjoy a day out on the town and come back to a home where everyone has their own space. A perfect family place. Be careful if you have young children who are not used to stairs or if you yourself can't climb stairs. The bedrooms are on the second floor. We did have young children and they thought the stairs were cool. We just had to be sure they didn't play on them. The area is a nice neighborhood that had easy access to everywhere we wanted to see. Having a parking stall was a huge plus.There is on street parking but the last thing you want is to hunt for a stall late at night so having our own stall was great. The place was clean and well maintained. The check in and out process was a breeze (faster and easier than checking into a hotel). The owner responded instantly when we had a question. They made the whole process so simply. I would stay here again.

Great Apartment

It was so nice having our own place with a full kitchen, nearby market, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for our daughter to run. This 3 bedroom flat is in a great location just seconds from public transportation, many great parks, and so much more. We will definitly go back again.

Perfect for our needs

My wife and I were attending a conference at the Moscone center, and invited my parents along to look after our 3 year old daughter during the days. For our purposes, this apartment was perfect. The location is great: getting to the conference center (close to Union Square) was a breeze, and there were a reasonable amount of restaurants, cafes, and playgrounds nearby to keep daughter and grandparents happy when they weren't off exploring. There is also a big Safeway within walking distance, and an excellent little grocery store right across the street. The apartment has a few eccentricities common for older houses: squeaky doors that don't quite close properly for example, but was otherwise quite comfortable. The spacious and well lit kitchen with its big gas stove was a highlight.
