Villa Mirador è situato in un ampio parco privato, in una posizione invidiabile tra gli uliveti ai piedi dei Pirenei, sopra la località balneare di Roses. E 'alla fine di una strada senza uscita direttamente accanto al parco nazionale, e non è trascurato da qualsiasi altra proprietà. Foto da tutti i lati per mostrare la posizione privata. La piscina e zona barbecue sono direttamente accessibili dal grande cucina moderna. La zona piscina è anche accessibile da camera 4 (ideale per i genitori con bambini piccoli che dormono in giornata). Dotazioni per bambini su richiesta. Ristrutturato tutto ad un altissimo standard di dentro e fuori. Foto per mostrare l'interno e l'esterno. Con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni, è ideale per famiglie numerose o 2 famiglie di condivisione. Trascorrete le vostre vacanze godendo della vista mozzafiato del Mediterraneo, i Pirenei e tramonti mozzafiato. Troverete che la zona ha molto da offrire. La villa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 10 (supplemento si applica).

Golf: Il golf più vicino è a Perelada (18 buche, par 71, 5990m), che è di 10 miglia o 20 minuti di macchina.

Altri corsi principali includono:

Torremirona, 20 miglia o 40 minuti. Playa de Pals, PGA Golf de Catalunya, Empordà, tutti entro 1 ora circa.

Sci: generalmente possibile da dicembre a marzo.

 Diverse località da scegliere in Spagna o in Francia in circa 2 ore di auto, il che rende un viaggio ragionevole giorno.

Spagna: La Molina, Masella, Nuria, Vallter 2000.

 Francia: Font Romeu, Pirenei del 2000, Les Angles.

Andorra è di circa 4 ore di auto.

Come arrivare: L'aeroporto di Girona (Ryanair) 45 minuti.

Aeroporto di Perpignan - Francia (Ryanair) 1 ora.

Barcellona (Tutte le principali compagnie aeree) 2 ore.

Villa Mirador è a soli 30 minuti di macchina dal confine francese. Guidare da Calais per esempio richiede circa 12 ore (750 miglia).

Der Blick aus den Zimmern und von der Poolarea auf die Bucht von Rosas sowie die angrenzenden Pyrenäen ist schlicht atemberaubend. Die Bilder der Website können das nicht wirklich wiedergeben. Das Haus ist luxuriös ausgestattet, allein die Küche war für mich als Hobbykoch eine Augenweide. Wir (2 Familien, 5 Kinder) haben lediglich 1 Tag am Strand verbracht, dann war klar: Wir bleiben am Haus. Die Kinder haben ihren Spaß und die Erwachsenen lassen die Seele baumeln. Man möchte mit Goethe sagen: "Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich's sein." Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die vertraglichen und finanziellen Angelegenheiten verliefen harmonisch und korrekt. Einfaches Schulenglisch ist für die Kontaktaufnahme völlig ausreichend. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen.

Peace and quiet.

A fabulous nice,clean and modern villa with a supurb view. Great location.
Total privacy, no neighbours.
The infinity pool and terras are spectacular.
We felt very welcome and had a nice relaxing time. The caretakers are very nice and friendly people who gave us more then satisfying explanation about the villa and it surroundings.
We would definitly go back or recommend this place to friends.

Fantastic villa with a marvellous view

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic villa. The view over the bay of Roses is spectacular. Wonderfull surroundings and many opportunities for wonderfull drives or walks in the Natural park of Cap de Creus.
Philip was very helpfull during our stay.
An ideal villa for a big family or with friends

Dream Vacation!

We vacationed at Villa Mirador with our two children, ages 10 and 12, and my retiree parents, and I can say without hesitation that we all had the most wonderful holiday ever! The home was exactly as described in the photographs and we just felt positively pampered no matter where we spent our time. The location meant spectacular views from every angle and we found ourselves repeatedly rendered speechless by the beauty. We found ample things to amuse us in the neighbouring towns, but were often reluctant to leave the Villa. Philip and Joanne were such a pleasure to work with. We just need to find a way to get back - soon! Thank you so much for sharing your Villa with us.

Superb house!

My family, 2 adults and children age 13 and 8 yrs stayed the last week in august at Villa Mirador and it is just as beautiful as you see in the pictures. The house is big and the master bedroom is just lovely with shower/toilet ensuite and a view over the mediterranean sea. The standard is very high in the house, newly renovated, and the kitchen very well equipped. Every detail about the house feels luxurious. The pool area is fantastic and the house and pool are situated totally private. I must admit we didn´t leave the house and pool very often during our stay. You can find DVDs for the children and even a little library which we enjoyed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing and quiet yet close to town vacation

Un agréable séjour passé en famille.
La villa est de très bon goût,son intérieur est très fonctionnel,le site est magnifique,la piscine à débordement offre une vue magique sur la baie de roses.
Tout est la pour passer des vacances reposantes dans un cadre idyllique.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et prévenants.
A refaire sans hésitation.

Un cadre idyllique pour passer des vacances en famille : une très belle villa excessivement fonctionnelle assurant l'intimité de chacun, une superbe piscine à débordement offrant une vue panoramique sur les montagnes et la baie de Rosas, un jardin paysagé et une terrasse bois au calme. L'accueil et la discrétion des propriétaires n'ont fait qu'ajouter à l'agrément.

Bonjour, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans la villa Mirador.
Vue exceptionnelle, piscine magnifique, équipements et configuration de la maison parfaite.
La description et les photos correspondaient exactement à la maison .
Tout était propre et bien entretenu.
Je recommanderai bien sur cette maison.
La maison était tellement agréable, que nous en sommes très peu sortis !!

Très bon séjour...La villa est bien aménagée et décorée avec goût, le tout avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Roses. L'accueil est prévenant et la maison très propre. Accès facile au bord de mer, supermarchés à proximité, très beau golf dans un rayon de 15 kms.
C'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix....
