Fantastisches Penthouse

Unser Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus war fantastisch. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles war wirklich da wie in die Angaben war vermeldet und alles war sehr complet. Das Schwimmbad war auch sehr toll und sauber. Viele restaurants und bars in der Nahe. Wir sind nach Marbella gefahren mit dem Taxi, sehr billig, mit dem Bus ist naturlich auch moglich. Haltestelle in der Nahe. Das Ferienhaus hat ein sehr grosse Terassse wo man von die Sonne kann geniesen. Es gibt zwei Supermarkten in der Nahe. Das Strand und das Meer ist 5 Minuten von dem Ferienhaus entfernt. Auch fur Kinder nicht gefahrlich. Wir haben ein sehr schones Urlaub gehat und wir sollen Ihrem Fantastisches Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen an Unser Familie und Freunden. Nachstes Jahr kommen wir wieder zuruck, Vielen Dank fur alles.

Schoene Wohnung aber sehr laut

Die Wohnung mit der grossen Terrass ist sehr schoen und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Pool ist
sehr gepflegt. Allerdings ist die Wohnung mega laut, da die
vierspurige Autobahn (Schnellstrasse ) nur 40 bis 50 m
Luftlinie entfernt ist. Also täglich 24 Stunden Lärm non stop.
Stellt man dann noch die Klimaanlage an, die auf der Terrasse plaziert ist - statt ueblicherweise auf dem Dach - kann man sich nur noch anschreien (Unterhaltung kaum moeglich).

Risposta del proprietario: We are really sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, 98 % of our guests love the spaciousness & luxury it provides. The penthouse is centrally located near the sea & all the amenities are within walking distance. You do not need a car. Unfortunately if you require a tranquil location it is better to book somewhere in the mountains and not near the sea. When you are sitting on the terrace you do not need the air conditioning on. All the 5 star hotels are all situated next to the same main road. Our Penthouse is almost fully booked & we have many repeat bookings. Please read our other reviews - you will not be dissapointed.

GREAT AUTUMN BREAK

Everything was as described on the website. Great location, everything close by, no need for a car. The penthouse is very spacious, extremely well equipped & furnished to a high standard and we loved the jacuzzi bath!! The owners were quick to respond to our enquiry and booking was easy and stress free because they were so prompt and efficient. The meet & greeter was great too. Would definately recommend to our friends & family. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely penthouse and we will hopefully be able to return again soon.

Pinogolf apartment was extremely comfortable. Had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with two small children. Very close to the shops, restaurants, beaches etc. and the swimming pool and toddlers pool were ideal and very well maintained. Perfect location on the Costa Del Sol for families. Very spacious and comfortable apartment.

relaxing luxury penthouse

I have been renting homes for my holidays for many years and i have never found such a tasteful, well decorated and well equiped home. This penthouse has everything you may need wether if you travel with kids our with your couple. Real first class furniture, luxury kitchen with washing machine,clothes dryer,washings machine and great oven. Not to mention the great capsules coffee machine. There is a huge number of diferent dishes and cups from luxury brands (not cheap quality or looking ones). The living room is huge so you have plenty of room for kids play. there is a huge confortable leather sofa chaise- lounge and a flat tv 42"!!!!!
Both bedrooms have king size bed and super king size bed and the mattresses are also gourgeous.
It has plenty of restaurants and a supermarket 50m away but no noises were heard during our stay.the beach is within walking distance and it is only 5 km to marbella town.
Finally both the owners and Bernard the host are trully reliable, kind, polite, helpful and whatever other word you might think of a good manner person.
what else could i say? it was superb and we will come back in our next stay in marbella-. definetely i recommend

Best Penthouse we've er rented. First quality. You would not expect anything better. Great for family holidays. Close to everything and peaceful surroundings. Bernard was great and helped us a lot. We will come bak again on our next stay in Marbella.
