We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment.

All was as described. The pictures show all as it is! Very nice: we found Milk, juice, cereals, water, coffee, ... so for the arrival we had all we need! The apartment is located really near to Omonia place where you find a Metro station if you need and also food like gyros or souflaki, a bakery and a little supermarket - you can reach all the nice places of Athens by feet (15 min. to Syntagma, 10-15 min to Monastiraki, 20 min to Acropolis Museum..). We rented a car and it was no problem to park the car near to the apartment in the little street crossing agiou konstantinou. The owners are always reachable by phone and very friendly. If you need to reach them you can even use the local home phone - and don't need to spend money by using a foreign mobile phone.

The location of the apartment is in the immigrants part of the city - but this is no problem. In any case there is police everywhere so no danger at all!

Even if the house from outside appears a little bit "strange" - the apartment is really wonderful. Beautiful colors and you find everything imaginable what you should need. We appreciated a lot the Italian coffee maker! We enjoyed every morning a perfect Latte macchiato :-)

Also the washing-drying-machine is very useful - you put everything inside in the morning - go for sight-seeing - and in the evening all your clothes are ready - washed and dried :-)

The apartment is located in the side/backside of the street - so no problem with the "loud" streets of Athens!

We fully recommend the apartment - it is much more comfortable than a hotel!!

Not only did the apartment meet the needs of our family of five, the owner personally helped with calls to the lost luggage department at the airport and graciously transported us to our next destination outside of Athens. She even had extra toothpaste and shampoo so we did not need to buy those items again.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Since the weather was extremely hot, the a/c was much appreciated. The location is very good for sightseeing and metro access, and there is plenty of shopping nearby for any need. Future guests not accustomed to life in big cities may appreciate knowing that the outside of the building is not reflective of the apartment inside. While the surrounding areas may look less than upscale, the apartment itself is well maintained. Our family would rent here again should our travels take us back to Athens. Thank you!

The property was spotlessly clean and as it looked in the pictures. The owner's wife met us at the property, and was flexible in being there until we arrived---we were 7 hours late because of a missed flight connection. She was gracious and showed us around the unit. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, juice and breakfast items. The apartment was in a good location and was close to a major subway stop. It was quiet, well appointed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the unit to friends.

We had an excellent time staying at this apartment. The place is as advertised and is very clean. It has all household appliances, including a microwave, washing machine and a very large fridge.
The location was a little bit downmarket, but it was only 3 minutes walk away from Omonia square(centre) and it seems that is just how Athens is at the moment. Everywhere in Athens is a walkable distance from the apartment and there is a small minimarket just next door to the apartment.
Paul (the owner) was extremely helpful - he helped us out with a transport problem when we arrived in Athens port. Also flexible on times to arrive and leave.
For the apartment itself he had thought of everything - stocked the fridge for when we arrived (which was a very nice touch), lots of towels and sheets, washing powder, kitchen containing lots of crockery etc. The apartment was cleaned halfway through our stay at a time that we wanted.
The apartment is well prepared for tourists, with a large map of Athens on the wall and many paper leaflets for events and places to see, transport information, maps etc.

Excellent value for money - I and 3 friends would highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly as it was described on the internet.Nicely decorated and very clean. Convenient location, very close to subway- buses. Plenty of shoping,sightseeing and good food within walking distance. Paul was a great host. Looking forward to see you next year...
