My extended family was visiting Maryland from out of the state and the country to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I wanted to be able to spend as much time together as possible. This home was perfect for that. It is beautiful. Everyone wanted to know how I had discovered such a gem. The pictures on the website look great but the house is more spacious and the views more peaceful and georgous than any photo can capture.
My Aunt loved watching the sunrise over the water from the master bedroom. I loved catching up with family until all hours of the morning instead of having text them from some impersonal hotel room to arrange when and where to meet.
This was my first VRBO experience, and I will certainly do it again. The check-in and check-out process is simple. The owner Casey was always warm and friendly and accessible via email. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and modern. For me it was ten times the value of a hotel.

Six of us stayed in cold late March. We were warm and very comfortable inside. The house is well designed and well furnished, and Casey was excellent to deal with.

This house brought my family together and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful with an amazing view. The sunrise was breathtaking. The property is clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well-maintained. It really felt like home. I was able to work remotely using the office and the wireless connection with no problems during our stay. The listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities. The check-in and check-out process and other useful information about the area and the property are well written in a binder - we found the information very helpful. We managed to visit Baltimore harbor and downtown Annapolis during our stay (30 min drive to both destinations). We had the pleasure to meet the owner's family, they are very nice and made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

The house is beautiful and very relaxing. We were there on business doing a long food show in Baltimore. It was a really nice to come home to instead of the 5 of us huddeling around in hotels! We saved alot of money, and will probably be returning next year for the show again. Thanks for sharing your family home with our family!

Our family enjoyed staying at the house during our vacation the week of July 4th. We were able to visit Annapolis, Washington DC and Baltimore for tourism and also for some college visits for our high school student. While at the house, the kids particularly enjoyed fishing on the dock and several neighbors' impressive fireworks displays. The house itself is very nice and spacious.

Our family of 6 (2 parents, 4 teenage kids) came to Maryland for a wedding in Annapolis. We decided to make it a week long vacation and found this home a perfect spot. Some days we toured Baltimore (20 minute drive to downtown), somedays Annapolis (30 to 40 minute drive) and some days we just hung out and enjoyed the house. With the dock, water and beautiful porch setting this was very easy to do.
The house is large enough that we never felt crowded. How could we? Some of us would be fishing, while others would sun bathe and others chilling inside.
A one day touring trip to Baltimore was so easy, fun and relaxing. When we had to go to Annapolis for wedding functions, we hopped on MD-2 and straight into Annapolis. Very easy.

It took me a while to get on-line to write a review but the wonderful memories of this place are still very vivid!
The homeowners are extremely sweet, easy to work with and very accommodating.
The home (inside and out) is beautifully decorated, very clean and well kept (it's obvious the owners truly take pride in their home). My 2 little dogs had a blast running in complete circles with the open concept. When they tired out, they sat in front of the glass sliding doors taking in the views, which are wonderful from almost everywhere in and around the home.
The deck is long and wide (plenty of space for all of us) and my husband enjoyed fishing while my 16 year old son enjoyed crabbing. We had seafood almost every night ;) One tip I will offer... The house is well stocked with basic kitchen supplies but for those of us that relish eating in with the family even while on vacation and love to cook and/or bake, I would suggest bringing your own supplies (i.e., baking pans, skillet, etc.).
The area is quiet and seems safe. Shopping and dining are all close by, which is very convenient.
Overall, a very "homey" and pleasant stay. I wouldn't hesitate to go back anytime!

Two families from New Mexico (9 total guests) enjoyed a fabulous stay at this luxurious waterfront property. Mornings were enjoyed cooking large breakfasts in the fully equiped kitchen. The back deck and huge dock were the source of great relaxation as well as fishing, crab harvesting and swimming. While nestled off of the beaten path, we were strategically located between Baltimore and Washington DC for easy access to great shopping, sites and sporting events. We also took a few day trips to Philidelphia and Gettysburg, easy drives of under 2 hours each. Evenings were enjoyed inside and out back. The cool air conditioning, spacious great room combiing a living room, dining room and den all connected to the kitchen and large screen TV and entertainment center offered something for everyone. Each of our guests enjoyed all of their own space as well as the company of the others. We appreciated the wireless internet connecton, the downstairs washer and dryer, the 3 full bathrooms and the easy to follow instructions which introduced us to all of the properties features and amenities. The listing description was completely accurate; the photos well representative; the property clean and well-maintained and the owners accessible by phone and e-mail to help point us in the right directions during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to friends, family or complete strangers. Try this property and you will want to make it an annual destination!
