Thank you for your great appartment which made our trip perfect. It was the best decision to stay in your house. We found everything right around the corner - restaurants and the beach...we stayed in Unit 2 and that one was very quiet...additionally i have to mention the it was the start for all our trips because it is very close to Miami, the Everglades and Key Biscayne...

Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Ferienwohnung, welche unseren Urlaub das i-Tüpfelchen aufsetzte. Restaurants und der Strand waren direkt um die Ecke. Wir schliefen in Unit 2 und hier war es sehr ruhig. Außerdem war die Lage der Wohnung der perfekte Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge, da sie sehr nah an Miami, den Everglades und Key Biscayne liegt. All diese Gründe machten die Mietung Ihrer Ferienwohnung zu einer unserer besten Entscheidungen...

Fabulous place to stay! The personal touches were so nice (coffee,fruit,toiletries, etc). How nice to be a block from the beach! There's so much to do right outside the door! The linens were so comfortable, it felt just like home! Thank you so much to for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable :)

I stayed at the Tropical Garden Villa for a month and was extremely pleased and happy with my choice. The villa is depicted very accurately in the photos on the website but in person it is even better. There is charm and a welcome basket awaiting your arrival. Everything for cooking and enjoying the beach is provided and families or adults will be very happy here. I was already familiar with Lauderdale by the Sea from other visits and this location is fantastic. Every morning -- or whenever you want to -- you can walk two blocks to the beach. A fabulous wide beach with soft sand. Restaurants, shopping and sightseeing are in the immediate area and it is very easy to get to Ft Lauderdale and Pompano Beach even if you don't have a car (as I didn't). I will certainly return. Thanks for a memorable visit!

We had a wonderful week at this apartment!!!! We would highly recommend it!!
Starting with a smooth mail exchange at time of reservation months ago with Jan&Tom (both awsome folks, remarkably kind people), everything turned out perfect, in fact, much better thatn we were expecting, since we liked the place better in real than in the pics, and the location couldnt be better either. Half block from "Lauderdale by the sea" main area with its pintoresque cafes and shops, and 2 blocks from beach access.
Particulary about the apartment, every detail was covered to let us fully enjoy the house and the area. We had lots of useful items at our service, like beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, beach towels, styrofoam skimboards, among others, and last but not least, a welcome basquet with some fruits and gourmet items.
We would deffinitely rent with them again if coming back to the Lauderdale by the Sea area in the future!! - Alejandro and family, from Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA.

stayed here for a long weekend to see the pats dolphins game this place was perfect great location across from a patroits themed bar in florida! this place was exactly as described everything is clean and new would highly recommend will definately go back

We har two midle-age couples from Sweden who stayed at this apartment for one week. We had a realy lovely stay at Tropical Garden Villa. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Two bedrooms with a own bathroom was really nice.Althrough restaurants and night life was just a walking distans away it didn't disturbe us.
The beach was also very nere and lovely.
The only thing that wasn't good was the AC that was very noise.
We would absolutely recommend this apartment

This was our first vacation with our daughter who is 23 months now. We loved the place and the vicinity to the beach and shops was great. We walked to the beach everyday. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation with our little one, very appropriate for toddlers. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our week at this home, beds were very comfy!!!
Spotlessly clean and well equipped there was nothing to complain about - apart from wanting to stay there even longer!!! The beach is literally just a few minutes away, shops are handy and lots of nice eateries round the corner too, and do check out the Kilwins icecream shop !!!! We were really sorry to move on as we felt relaxed and at ease here, and I won't be at all surprised if we find ourselves returning!
