We stayed in this villa for 6 days in may 2011. Its is a beautiful and very spacious house. A lot of art, good sound system/tv, great beds, great bathrooms. It really has everything you need. Comfy couches in the living area. Airco in all main areas. Wonderful pool and garden. All the bedrooms have their own living/sitting area and tv/sound system. The upper floor bedrooms also had their own balconies. The villa has its own (free) supply of drinking water, so no need to buy bottles.

The villa is situated at the end of a road in a private villa park, so its really quiet and we slept really well. Extra bonus is that you can use the facilities and services of the nearby hotel. They even bring the food to your house when you order from the menu. Two bikes were also at our disposal, so we used that for groceries and checking out the town. Its a short taxi drive to the beach and resteurants are only a stroll away.

The staff was also wonderful and very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the fresh breakfast every morning and they kept the house and garden very neat. We also had two full days of excursions with the driver/car that you are at your disposal (at a reasonable cost and you had to check in advance for availability)

Only things I would like to mention is that it says on this page that the villa has 5 bathrooms, but as far as I could tell it has 3 (spacious) bathrooms (one ensuite to every bedroom) and 1 toilet with washbin ensuite to the livingroom. Also, it says 3 bedrooms, but there's an extra double bed on the first floor. so its more like 4 bedrooms. You could easily stay here with 4 couples, and there's plenty of space more to put single beds or something.

All in all its a great place to spend your holiday in Seminyak! I would definitely consider this villa again if I would go to Bali again.
