Amazing condo! This sums it up.

We are currently staying at this unit for the month of February. We have been taking month-cations for about four years and this unit is the best we have stayed at. The pictures don't due it justice. The view is incredible and the layout and furnishings are perfect for our needs. We have watched storms come and go, done a lot geocaching and attended the Seafood and Wine Festival. The owners/managers have been very helpful and met every request and answered every question. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again.

From the view to the condo itself, everything was 5 star--clean, modern, and convenient to Newport. The owner has thought of everything in order to cater to your needs. The kitchen was well stocked; we even found little metal picks for eating our crab. There are board games, videos, salt/pepper, flashlight, backpack, restaurant lists, and so. The view is stellar and you are only about a 5 minute walk from the Nye Beach District. (Caveat: The immediate path down to the beach is somewhat steep so if you are not physically capable of skooting down a hillside, you might want to walk on the street.) The master bedroom had a king-sized bed, a view of the beach, and a spectacular bathroom. Also, the beds were soooooo comfy that you almost didn't want to get up for that morning walk on the beach. There is a washer and dryer, and you are asked to do one load of towels before you leave, which was not a problem except that we did find that the 38-minute wash cycle was actually about an hour+ long, so watch out for that. The only complaint I can come up with is that I couldn't find a pencil to do my crossword puzzle (yes, I am so bad I can't do them in ink) and we couldn't find plastic replacement bags for the kitchen garbage can. We will definitely return again this year.

Beautiful views of the ocean and just minutes walk away from Nye Beach & its great business's. Agate beach is also within walking/driving distance. The light house is a short 5 min drive away, but can be seen from the condos location at both day & night time. Area is very peaceful & quiet, with great spacious rooms, bathrooms & a great full size kitchen to feed the hungry brood, on those nights you want to stay in. Beautiful fireplace for those cooler or stormy nights, where you want to cuddle and watch the storms role in. Nice balcony for sitting and drinking your coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with that nice glass of vino! I would recommend this condo for those who like an unobstructed view of the ocean, like the feeling of seclusion & those who want a nice quality place for the reasonable price, in a great location!!

This place was spectacular! Beautiful location, beautifully decorated, quiet complex and it had everything necessary for a great weekend getaway. We were in Newport for the weekend for the Newport marathon. This place was close enough to where we needed to be and yet in a very quiet area of Newport. We walked to the Nye Beach area but were glad to have a car to get to the grocery store and to the Bay front area. Beach access was not easy but the view from the living room and patio of this unit were fantastic with a clear view of Yaquina Head and the lighthouse. We would definitely go back.

We absolutely love the condo at Shoreline Ridge. It now has even more of a special meaning to us because we got engaged there. We plan to hopefully return each year to celebrate the engagement as well as other special events. Great price for a great location and setting. Thanks so much!

We were happily surprised by this place. The view was awesome, looking right at Yaquina Head. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked (picky, but a coffee grinder would be great), and the decor was clean, an modern. The master is amazing. So much so that it makes the back bedroom look puny in comparison. Direct beach access is down a pretty good bank, so not appropriate for young kids or those lacking good mobility. The extra living room fold out cot is not great, would recommend sleeping bags on the floor.

My wife and I invited a couple from out of state who we knew from college. All four of us were so pleased the way this condo met and exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was outfitted and there was nothing we needed that wasn't supplied. We enjoyed it so much we spent our two September days mostly visiting either on the patio or indoors. What a pleasant way to visit friends and dine in! A grocery store within a short driving distance supplied us with food to prepare. We know the Newport area so I won't go into things to see, as all that info is available anywhere online. We liked the quiet street slightly off the beaten path. Very peaceful and also beach access was a not too difficult path down to the beach if you are in average physical shape.
I look at being a condo guest as a two way street so we tried to leave the place in very good shape and as clean as we found it, which was excellent. Our thanks to Karin for the careful and prompt attention she gave us at our first inquiry right up to our deposit refund and a kind note she wrote us following our stay. We plan on returning next time we get the chance. I am glad no one has rated this place below 5 stars. Take my word for it, the rating is well deserved. Our thanks to the condo owners.
