The Magnolia house was even better than we expected. Very spacious, full of amenities and close to everything in Napa. We had 4 people staying and we could have easily had 2 more and wouldn't have felt on top of each other. It really felt like a home away from home.

My wife and I had booked the Magnolia house last minute for a long weekend and we certainly were not disappointed. This was our second trip to Napa but this time, our friends had their little girl with them so we did not want to stay in a B&B or a hotel. The house was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, had everything you need in the kitchen and a BBQ outside. We also got to enjoy the fire pit outside as well as the hot tub.
Centrally located, perfect place to unwind with friends and family.
We highly recommend it!

This was our first experience in wine country and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The house had a wonderful blend of old and new and the location was perfect. After a day of wine tasting it was great to be able to walk downtown for food and nightlife. There was six of us, all adults, and there was plenty of room between the spacious living area inside and the beautiful backyard with the hot tub. The house was very well maintained and Suzy was wonderful to work with. We would recommend the Magnolia House to anyone going to Napa!!

Four of my girlfriends and I just stayed at the Magnolia House for our annual girls weekend. We loved the house! It was in a perfect location, close to downtown. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the front porch and just hanging out in the family room. The house was stocked with DVD's for us to choose from for the nights we wanted to stay in. The backyard is very peaceful and the jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax after a long day of shopping. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated yet the hard wood floors in the family and dining room still gave us the "old" home feel.

We've already talked about how we would love to come back or even come back individually with our own families.

Magnolia House was a perfect home base for our wine-country travels! There were six of us, all adults, and the house provided all the space and features we wanted: comfortable living room, large well-stocked kitchen, and a fabulous location within an easy walk of shops and restaurants. Suzy was great to work with - always pleasant and responsive. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the large dining table provided a great work space as we plotted the next day's tours and tastings. We'll recommend Magnolia House to others without reservation, and we're already looking forward to a return trip!

Overall, we were very pleased with our experience staying at this house. The description of the property and information provided by the owner proved to be accurate and gave us a good indication of what to expect. The house was clearly well-maintained and we found everything to be in good working order. There was plenty of space for us to relax, cook meals and enjoy an all-around easy trip with family. In addition, the hot tub made for a very comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and local wine tours.

The location of the house was excellent and being able to walk to so many places in Napa was a huge benefit. With bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance, there was little need for a car to get around town once we got there.

We would have no reservations in recommending this house to others and we will definitely put it at the top of our list for our next trip to Napa. The booking process was easy, the house was great and our overall experience couldn't have been better!

This house was extremely clean and charming. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, two adults, two teens and two kids. The kitchen has been updated and was fully stocked even with some food the owner offered to us to use if needed. There was a great selection of DVD's to choose from which my kids loved. The house is definately walking distance to downtown and the river and there are many restaurants to choose from. My 10 year old daughter loved the adorable upstairs bedroom. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. She left detailed maps and other informative info. My only suggestions would be to add a second tv - maybe upstairs and replace the master bedroom mattress (not the most comfortable bed I've slept on) but overall it was an excellent experience!
