This condo was perfect for four adults. My husband and I spent two weeks and our daughter and her husband joined us for one week. We all found the condo to be spacious, allowing privacy for both couples, well furnished and certainly well located. Hearing the surf, wind in the palm trees, morning birdsong and not much else was most pleasant! We are in our 70's and our daily walk into town took about 35-40 minutes. We had lunch in one of the many little cafes, bought a few groceries at the market and took a taxi back to the condo (50 pesos each way). We especially enjoyed lunch at Las Playitas--the mixed ceviche is excellent--and it felt good to have our toes in the sand while we ate. We took a snorkeling trip from the pier in town and our son-in-law snorkeled several times in the water in front of the condo. He saw a large manta ray, several barracuda, conch shells, sand rays, etc., etc. He is now an avid snorkeler! For new visitors I highly recommend reading the newsletter put out by the bookstore in Puerto Morelos. It is full of good information, as is their book store.

This condo is in a quiet, safe area and is equipped with all the essentials needed. Amazing snorkelling on a national reef right in front of the condo. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful sand beach that we walked on everyday to go into the town. The locals we met around the village were very friendly and we enjoyed trying some of there many restaurants. It was a great choice for our honeymoon and I think it would also be a good spot for a family or group of friends!!
