The condo that we stayed in (3N) was just newly remodeled after a very recent purchase. The location of this condo was magnificent. At 6:55 AM every morning if you looked acroos the bay toward the Bahia Paddle Wheel Boat and at the west corner of the Bahia building, you could witness a spectacular sunrise. I ended each daylight by walking a block to the ocean and watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. Needless to say, this condo unit was sparkling clean with new carpet, all flooring, countertops, freshley painted walls, and brand new appliances, bathrooms, etc. The owners were quite accomodating when I called with a few questions, even sent their property manager to make sure we fully understood. The gas fireplace was quite comforting and took the chill off the air after awaking from sleeping on the new comfortable bedding. The deck was a very nice place to start and end each day. The condo was very safe with several security measures. On New Year's Eve, we enjoyed steak and potatoes grilled to perfection on the patio. We were able to enjoy about 5 fireworks shows from the many windows in our kitchen and livingroom, including the Seaworld Fireworks display. The worst thing was the fact that we did have to pack up and leave on New Year's Day. The San Diego Airport was a short 10-15 minute drive. The parking space provided was plenty large for our rented SUV-getting in and out was never a problem. Had we wanted to enjoy a roller coaster ride-it was only a block away.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We had 4. There was a king size bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sleeper-sofa--ample room for 6. Any age with a workable 3 story elevator.

I would highly recommend eating breakfast at one of the many beachfront restaurants in Mission Beach or Pacific Beach.
