9th Anniversary

This peaceful cabin came at the right time. With so much going on in our lives, we certainly needed the peace and quiet. It was a wonderful surprise get away from my husband Bob for our 9th anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could need. Thank you for sharing Fran.

Wonderful, Cozy Cabin... Perfect weekend getaway!

This cabin is wonderful. Cute and cozy, well-equipped with everything you need or could dream of needing. We walked in the door, lit the stove and were ready to relax. It felt just like coming home when we first arrived. We only live about a half hour away from the cabin, but being there we felt like we were 1000 miles away from our busy everyday lives. It was just perfect. We will be returning very soon.

Fabulous get away!!

What a beautiful cabin! It is even more inviting than the photos show.Despite the freezing temperature outside,the cabin quickly became warm and cozy thanks to the toasty fire in the wood stove. The kitchen has everything a cook would need to make a simple or a gourmet meal. Everything about this cabin is nurturing and encourages you to relax.Thanks to Fran for the great selection of coffee that also helped make each morning delightful. I spent my days exploring the winter wonderland that is the Berkshires, and looked forward to returning to this perfect getaway at the end of a great day. I can't wait to return in the spring or summer. Thanks again, Fran.

Wisteria Cottage is a little piece of heaven in the Berkshires! Fran is delightful and has catered to one's every need - including thoughtful welcome treats, tons of local information and of course her fully stocked kitchen! We spent 2 nights at Wisteria and completely forgot the mania of New York. It's a perfect retreat where one can unwind, get back to basics and simplify... and we can't wait to return! Thank you Fran!!!

AMAZING!!!!!! PERFECT GETAWAY!!!!

Where do you begin to describe how perfect this experience was. We were scrambling at the last minute for a nice honeymoon spot in the Bershires on Memorial weekend. Fran was super responsive and made the arrangements seamless for us. As all the others have mentioned, we felt like we were friends right away. She sent a great welcome packet to give us ideas of places to explore and things to do in the area. We took her advice on several and they were all perfect.
When we pulled up to the cabin, we knew we had picked the perfect place. Just as everyone said it was peaceful, lovely, well appointed, homey and inviting. Everything possible was there. I can't thank Fran enough for making this cabin available for us on such short notice and giving us the best wedding present...a chance to unplug and getaway. We were making plans on when we could come back before we even left.

My husband, daughter (17 months) and I had a lovely time at Fran's cabin. Everything and more is provided in terms of cooking needs. It was especially lovely to take a bath in the old fashioned footed tub with the breeze coming in...

Great getaway in the Berkshires

This cozy log cabin is everything it is advertised to be. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times have been wonderful. The cabin is stocked with everything you could need from cooking supplies to DVD's and CD's. Communication with the owner was easy and incredibly prompt - I feel like i know her even though we have never met!
Nearby are great restaurants in Lenox as well as Tanglewood and Jacobs Pillow!
If you are stressed.... consider an escape weekend here and let the cabin work its magic on you.

Perfect getaway to celebrate a special anniversary

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary weekend at Wisteria Cottage. It was the perfect getaway to unwind, relax and recharge. It was private and quiet and allowed us to slow down for a little while.
Fran was a pleasure to deal with and the cottage is exactly as described. We felt at home and comfortable minutes after walking in the door. Everything was clean and well stocked, everything you can ever need. The property is very nice and the cottage would be a great place to stay in the winter also, especially with some snow!
The surrounding area has alot to offer if you like to explore: hiking, a winery, a brewery, outlets, restaurants and more.
We will definitely be back again!

Peace and Serenity

My husband and I had a 2 night getaway at this cabin. It was everything it says in the title and more. It was quaint, it was homey, it was cozy. All the little details were included for a very relaxing weekend. The wood stove made the house comfy, despite the wet weather outside. The location is great if you want to do all the touristy things in the Berkshires too :). We had such a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.

Wisteria Cottage was wonderful

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful snowy days in this cabin. It was clean and inviting. Cosy and warm. We just relaxed in a peaceful atmosphere. our stay was great. Thanks so much
