• The price is €130 per night for the minimum stay of 3 nights
  ' ' €120 ' ' For a stay of 4 or 5 nights

  so the longer you stay the cheapest it is per night
  And the price is flat through the year
• the cleaning on departure and the linen are provided for 4 people (no extra )
  exept if you have 3 children and you need an extra simple bed (then €20 extra for the laundry)
  the linen is not locked away but exept in emergencies we ask people not to help themselves with extra linen or we will have to keep a certain amount from the caution to pay for the extra laundry

• we have a ADSL package in the flat (meaning free internet (we have a computer) and free tel almost worldwide ) under certain conditions
  We ask our guests NOT TO TEL TOWARDS MOBILES
  not to tel special numbers ENQUIRIES 118..............
  not to tel to non geographic numbers starting with 0801,0802 etc only 0800 is free
  or numbers starting with 0900
  again if you do I will be charged and I will charge you
  The alternative sadly might be to remove the phne
