Il Lago d’Iseo è il posto ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza fuori dai normali circuiti turistici, offrendo bellezza ed opportunità inaspettate. Marone è proprio qui ed è un piccolo paese strategicamente situato sulla sponda bresciana del lago, vicino alla “Francia Corta” zona di vini superbi ed al Parco Nazionale delle iscrizioni rupestri della Val Camonica. Entrambi citati dall’Unesco come patrimonio dell’Umanità. La Villa Tennis quindi può essere utilizzata come incantevole punto di partenza per interessantissimi itinerari o per godere di puro “otium”: la Villa si trova immersa in un parco di cedri del libano, cipressi ed …ulivi. Il tutto in una reinterpretazione moderna del giardino all’italiana. E’ provvista di piscina e naturalmente, di un campo da tennis. La Villa è dotata di 5 stanze e 4 bagni, cucina e salotti tutti arredati con mobili di pregio. Tutto è estremamente curato dai raffinati proprietari sin nei minimi particolari. Sorprendente è il “welcome box” contenente…delle inaspettate sorprese tra cui una confezione di quaranta cialde di una famosa casa di caffè che si possono utilizzare nella relativa macchina. La cucina è completa ed è affacciata sulla veranda che da sul parco, quale luogo migliore per pranzare o cenare tra gli ulivi. La casa in estate è fresca, il riposo è garantito da comodissimi letti provenienti dalla tradizione della casa, ma resi ancor più confortevoli da introvabili materassi di misure non usuali. Tutte le stanza ( o meglio suites) sono caratterizzate da colori diversi in tono con gli arredi ed i quadri alle pareti. Simpatica la camera dei bambini. I bagni, un’infinità, hanno accessori moderni ed inseriti in pregevoli contesti. La Villa può ospitare comodamente sino a dieci persone. I proprietari, Cesara e Paolo, hanno inventato un nuovo modo di “fare vacanza” in questa parte d’Italia ai più poco conosciuta, creando per gli ospiti un ambiente raffinato, ma non ostentato. Fatto di ricercatezza, dai tendaggi alle credenze con icone antiche ed il tutto presentato con estremo gusto. Il loro obbiettivo, pienamente centrato, è quello di coniugare qualità di vita ed efficienza nell’offerta di una struttura difficilmente reperibile in questa zona. Un “luogo” dove la vacanza può essere veramente “ricercata”.

The lake of Iseo is the ideal place for those that wish to spend an holiday out of the normal tourist circuits, offering unexpected beautiful landscapes and opportunities. Marone is exactly here and is a small village strategically situated on the Brescia’s shores of lake of Iseo, close to “Franciacorta” area of superb wines and the Nature Reserve of rock engravings of Val Camonica. Both are mentioned by Unesco as patrimony of humankind. Villa Tennis can therefore be used as a beautiful starting point for very interesting itineraries or simply to enjoy pure “otium”: Villa Tennis is immersed in a park of cedars of Lebanon, cypresses and…olive trees. All in e modern reinterpretation of the Italian garden. Is equipped with a swimming pool and, naturally, of a tennis court. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room all equipped with excellent furnitures. Everything is extremely well cared for by the refined owners in the all details. Surprising is the “welcome box” containing… unexpected surprises amongst which a collection of fourty waffles of a famous coffee producer that can be used in the approriate machine. The kitchen is complete and is facing the veranda that opens up on the park, what best place to dine surrounded by olive trees. The house is fresh in summer, sleep is guaranteed by very comfortable beds from the tradition of the house but made even more comfortable by the dimensions of unfoundable mattresses of unusual dimensions. All rooms (or better suites) are caracterized by different dominating colors in tone with the furnitures and the paintings on the walls. Nice the children’s room. The athrooms, in great number, have modern accessories and placed in pleasant contests. The villa can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The owners, Cesara and Paolo, have invented a new way of “having an holiday” in this part of Italy unknown to most, creating for guests a refined ambient, but never ostentatious. Made of refinement, from courtains to furnitures with ancient icons and all presented with extreme taste. Theyr objective, perfectly achieved, is to combine quality of life and efficiency of an offer difficult to find in this area. A place where the holiday can really be special.
