  --A £100 deposit is requested to reserve your booking dates (This is the security deposit that will be returned in full following an apartment inspection and return of the keys, security fob and car security gate remote etc)
  
  
  --Complete payment of the rental is required 4 weeks before the booking period. A reminder will be sent so don't worry and meeting times can be agreed.
  
  
  Notes about deposit, refunds:
  
  -The £100 reservation deposit is fully refundable up to 6 weeks before the booking dates, so secure your dates.
  
  -The full payment of the rental is fully refundable up to 3 weeks (21 days) before your booking date
• Normal Check in time: 3:00 pm
  Normal Departure time: 10:00 am
  
  We will accomodate wherever we are able closer to your booking dates.
