Great apartment, great location....5 minutes walking from St-Peter, restaurant and the open market! The rooms had all the services you need for a comfortable stay and was per the pictures! We already have recommended personaly Andrea and Carletta 'luxury suites to our friends! Everytime we needed something, they responded very fast and succefully..They organised the transportation from and to the Airport, gaved us good recommendations for the restaurant and places to go in Italy! Definitely a location I will go back too! Thanks!

Value and charm combine with a great location in this welcoming Hotel.We made the right choice by staying in this clean, with friendly staff hotel.We spent 4 nights in this hotel . It was perfect! Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The rooms are a good size, clean, modern...just lovely!

Our suite was everything we wanted and expected it to be! It was spotless
and Andrea had put thought into everything we would need. A great selection
of goodies for breakfast everyday, along with milk and juice. The bed was
very comfortable, and the furniture was very modern and well-kept. We were
very happy to have our own espresso maker for the mornings. To top it all
off, we found a small grocery store hidden right next door, to grab snacks
and bread. We were steps to the Vatican area, yet we felt like we were
living with the locals. Very cool spot. Highly recommended! Thanks Andrea!

This beautiful guest house made our stay in Rome memorable! It was a piece of paradise in a bustling city of history. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, modern, classy and romantic. And the location... we couldn't ask for more. Just a few minutes walk to the Vatican, restaurants and cafes close by, and a grocery store next door. Lastly, Andrea was such a pleasure! Such a great host! So accommodating, and a fountain of information and recommendations! He looks out for his guests, and even going the extra mile to help us arrange for transportation for our group! Thank you, Andrea!
