10.10.12 This is a pearl!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay mid-September 2012. The apartment is not like a typical impersonal space for renting, you feel like staying in a real home. It may not be the best choice for people with little children, because it is filled with precious (and valuable) furniture and art objects. To get to the second floor, you need to go through the bottom floor (which has kitchen/dining space and living room including beds/couches - but if people don't sleep too lightly, it is possible to enter without disturbing each other. That said, it is a wonderful apartment. Very spacious, well-equipped and functional, located in an old Parisian house. It is decorated with great taste and personal touch. Bedroom upstairs is also quite big and has a big double bed plus the bathroom (there is also a toilet at the bottom floor).Located very centrally in walking distance from e.g. Notre Dame (10 or max.15 minutes) and several metro stations nearby. Lots of light from many windows, overlooking the square in front of the Centre Pompidou, which is very lively and cosy in daytime, but surprisingly quiet at night. The pictures in the web site show what it is like. Simply marvellous. And once again, the view from all windows is spectacular! You could spend the whole vacation in the apartment and still feel part of Paris, because it is at your feet! Very recommendable. Jakob Haff, Copenhagen, Denmark.
