  1/ Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie: 175 m² duplex with 60 m² terrace overlooking the sea. If you only rent the 1rst floor, you will boats of 100 m² with 60 m² terrace overlooking the sea.
  Attention: available for up to 5 persons during low season and mid-season, the rate indicated in the calendar is only for the 1rst floor (you boast of 100 m² and 60 m² terrace overlooking the sea): entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
  If you want to use the entire duplex (180 m² and the 2 levels) you must add 1/3 of the rental rate to the low season and mid-season rate. For the entire duplex: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, living rooms, dining room and open plan kitchen.
  During the high and peak season, the entire duplex is rented: the rate is indicated in the calendar for these periods.
  
  2/ Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie: 70 m² apartment with seaview and direct access to the beach thanks to a lift (5 persons).
