  Two parking spaces are located underneath the townhouse (1° or 2° basement), direct access from the street, fenced and secure. Opening by remote control, direct access with staircase or lift in the cobblestone courtyard of the building (10 to 15 euros per day if more 4 days or package 40euros to 50euros if less 4 days. Regular discounts can be found on the website according to the periods.
  The offer of the owners: 1 night offered as you wish in the year off- peak season for any booking of one week. On request.
• A booking contract will be sent to you by post services, it will be signed and send again before the arrival. A comprehensive household insurance certificate with expansion for seasonal rental and civil liability (on simple request to your insurance company). A deposit of the half of the rental amount must be paid upon booking. The balance is due 15 days before the arrivals. Payment by bank card (Pay Pal, secure website), transfer, cheque in Euros or cash for the people who do not have any choice but last minute stays.
  The clients can arrive according to their choice from Monday to Sunday, any arrival day is fixed.
  Generally Arrival :2PM to 7PM. Departure at 10AM
  The weekend rentals are available. The short stays are convenient for the businessmen. This apartment can sleep 4 people, if it is necessary a child or junior can sleep on the sofa, but it is not a sofa bed.
  Possibility to stay half a day more (+40euros) , possibility early arrival or late departure ,to see with the owner.
