• The rates are indicated for the week for the whole rental and for the maximum number of persons. If you come for a stay longer than 3 weeks, please contact us so that we can adapt our rate for your holidays. A first deposit of 30 has to be paid upon booking, 1 month minimum before the arrival day then the balance will have to be paid: either by cheque or by bank transfer, 30 days minimum before the arrival date, or in cash at the arrival day. The security deposit will be paid: either by cheque or bank transfer, 30 days minimum before the arrival date or in cash on the day of arrival after the arrival inspection. It will be given back during at your departure after the departure inspection.
• Arrivals and departures from Monday to Friday: the apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. Check-out has to be done on the day of departure between 8 a.m. and 10 .a.m.
  Arrivals and departures the Saturdays and Sundays: the apartment is available on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. Check-out has to be done on the departure day before 10 a.m. and this for organization reasons in case the apartment has been rented for a period just after your departure. However, the time-slots can be adapted to the needs of the clients if no other arrival is expected later.
