  For 5 guests the cost is $700 per night for regular season and $1100 per night for Xmas and New Year.
  For 6 guests the cost is $750 per night for regular season and $1200 per night for Xmas and New Year.
  For 7 guests the cost is $800 per night for regular season and $1300 per night for Xmas and New Year.
  For 8 guests the cost is $900 per night for regular season and $1400 per night for Xmas and New Year.
  
  50% of the rental amount must be paid via bank transfer, PayPal (4% surcharge) or credit card (4% surcharge). The balance is payable upon the arrival date. There will be no refunds once the booking is confirmed and the money has been wired. Credits maybe used for future stays based upon availability. There will also be a $300 - $500 security deposit is due two weeks prior to arrival.
• Please note that no checks or cashiers checks are accepted. Internet frauds will be reported to the authorities.
