  Furnished accommodation for rent from Saturday after 4.00 pm to Saturday before 10.00 am.
  Peak season: 790 € (July and August - 2 week rentals).
  High season: 690 € per week (May, June, September).
  Mid-season: 600 € per week.
  Low season: 550 € per week.
  School holidays low and mid-season: 600 € per week.
  Easter weekend, Ascension Day, May 1st and Pentecost are considered as high season: 690 € per week.
  During low season, monthly rentals are possible.
  
  The prices include:
  Water consume, electricity and heating
  Baby cot
  High chair
  Broadband wireless Internet (WIFI)
  Security deposit: 400 € in cash or by cheque
  1 pet allowed after prior agreement
  Fortnight rental in July and August
  
• To book, payment by bank transfer of 30% of the total sum on booking.
  The balance is to be paid upon the key hand over along with the 400 € security deposit (cheque or cash).
  It will be required upon arrival and will be refunded, after inventory, within the week following your departure.
  A bill will be drawn up upon request.
  The bank transfer fees are at the expense of the tenant.
  
  July and August: 2 week rentals.
  Shared pool, for the only use of the residents of the gite and the owners.

  Wastes: The disposal of the wastes is not included in the rates.
  Concerning the recycling, please throw them in the bins located at the end of the lane towards the city centre.
  
  Security deposit: it won't be refunded if there are damages or an obvious lack of hygiene or of respect of the instructions, if there are too many renters considering the maximum number and/or to many people (guests) exterior to the gite using the pool without asking, we will charge you 20 € per person and per day that we will take from the security deposit (adult and/or child).
  
  Swimming pool: beach towels are provided and are reserved for the pool mattresses and the sun loungers.
  Please respect these terms as a hygiene measure.
