  If you come by air, see above, Brive-vallee-Dordogne-Airport. Plus Limoges airport is 100 kms north Toulouse 200 kms south, Bergerac and Bordeaux 200 kms West.
  
  If you prefer the train, through Paris or Calais, Brive is a 40 minutes drive (if you resist visiting the nice villages on the way).
  
  By road, railway A20 (Paris- Toulouse) exit Brive Sud, then take D38 road.
  Or railway A89 (Bordeaux Lyon) exit Tulle, then take D940 road- Prices include electricity (except heating if necessary in autumn), gas, water and local taxes.
