During high season, the final cleaning is included.
  The transfers are payable in Euro:
  1st transfer: 25% deposit upon booking
  2nd transfer: 25% one month before the rental. Balance to be paid upon arrival.

• The team of the Hameau de la Nicoliere will welcome you on Saturday, the day of your arrival, between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm for the handling of the keys and the welcome formalities.
  As part of our Qualité Var label, an arrival gift is given.
  A press-book awaits you with plenty of documentation on the local or surrounding life and animations.
  The phone of the villa, besides the emergency calls, works with a Mobicarte phone card from Orange France that can be reloaded with your credit card or with an Orange reload ticket.
  The sheets and house linen rental as well as the baby furniture (cot, high chair, playpen, bathtub, etc.) is offered. For any extra rentals, please contact us before your arrival.
  The final cleaning can be done by the renter. It can also be done by our cleaning company for the asked cleaning deposit.
  Departure takes place at 9.00 am on Saturday morning.
