This amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family home is fantastic value for money. You’ll have more room than you know what to do with! Each bedroom is abundantly large, so no reason at all for the kids not spread out and play – there’s plenty of room for everyone. Finished in a contemporary fashion this home isn’t lacking style either. All the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard, making this a high quality 'home from home' for your stay in London.

The large open-plan lounge and dining area is ideal for a group or family. The kitchen with skylight leads onto the enclosed garden; the ultimate place to chill out when you're inbetween Olympics events.

Located on a quiet residential street this grand family home is located in Battersea. All amenties, including a leisure centre, bars, restaurants, the Mainline Rail and the green spaces of the Battersea Park.

London Attractions: : Major attractions close-by include famous sporting venues like Wimbledon and Twickenham, as well as Kew Gardens and Richmond Upon Thames. Where do you start trying to describe London's attractions? The history, the famous locations and buildings, the hundreds of activities to do, the thousands of shows and events on offer...and that's just in Central London. Even the 'highlights' depend on what takes your fancy. If you're a 'first timer' to London, of course you must see the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben), the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column, Downing Street, St Paul's, The Mall, Leicester Square, Convent Garden, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Harrods, the British Museum... Balham is 'south of the river' in South London Borough of Wandsworth, near Clapham. Just like neighbouring Clapham before it, Balham has undergone a massive transformation over recent years. This area is one of THE places to live for London commuters, young families and indeed celebrities such as TV presenter Sarah Beeny, and TV chef Ainsley Harriot.

Coffee bars, shops and supermarkets, dozens of excellent world cuisine restaurants including the popular 'Harrisons' (part-owned by celebrity chef Rick Stein). There are bars aplenty too, perhaps the best known being 'The Bedford'.

The apartment should be found in the condition of check in; changeover fee covers disinfection cleaning/bed linens & towels ONLY. Leaving the apartment in a mess will result in cleaning fees being taken from the authorised security deposit. Off-street parking for one car; parking permits at £6/day for additional vehicles. Permits should be requested in advance. £130 changeover fee applies. £200 security deposit required (authorisation on card). Julie Madison at Holiday Rentals London will send you a request by email (please check your Junk folder).
Your stay can be shorter than the 'minimum stay' requirement but you will be charged for the minimum stay period, not pro-rata.
Authorisation for the Security Deposit amount will be made on your card; to be held in case of damages, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Your booking is confirmed only once you have received a letter of confirmation from us via email and the required deposit/full payment for the rental has been received by us. We aim to have the confirmation email sent to you as soon as possible and within 24 hrs of the time we have received your payment. Check-in details will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Late check-ins can be accommodated. Early check-in will only be possible if the Apartment happens to have been vacant the night prior to your arrival. Checkout is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation or Change:
Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows:
More than 55 days prior to arrival 25% of total Rental Sum
30 – 55 days prior to arrival: 50% of total Rental Sum
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of Rental Sum
Rental Deposit of 25% is non-refundable, even in the case of force majeure. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.
