• PLEASE NOTE FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 7 DAYS THERE IS A £60 or 60 Euro EXIT CLEANING CHARGE. THIS CHARGE IS WAIVED FOR LONGER STAYS.
  
  THERE IS ALSO A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £100 OR 100 EURO WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED ON KEY RETURN AND PROVIDING THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY.

  To make a reservation, a 20% deposit is required with the balance to be paid to account 28 days before the start date of the rental period. If the reservation is less than 28 days to the start date of the rental, then the full amount amount 100% is required.
  
  Airport pickup for upto 4 people can be arranged for 45 euro each way. Welcome food packages are also available and start from 30 euro.
  
  Payments can be made in GBP or EUROS by bank transfer to the owners nominated bank account or by Paypal to bill@simple4u.co.uk; Please contact the owner before making a payment.
  
  Failure to pay at the agreed times may result in the rental being cancelled without notice by the o
• A refundable property & key deposit (Security) of 100 Euro (equivalent GBP) is also required. This will be refunded to you, subject to the key return & satisfactory property inspection by the keyholder.
  Should loss or damage occur, the deposit will not be refunded unless the guest pays for any replacement or repairs separately to the keyholder. Security deposit will be paid back within 14 days from the end of your stay.
• Towels and Bed Linen are provided for your convenience and must not be removed from the apartment. The exit cleaning charge is included in the rental price for guests staying 1 or more weeks. If guests require extra cleaning and linen change during their stay, our local management co. can provide this for 60 euro on request.
  
  The apartment also benefits from a washing machine for use by our guests (use calgon washing powder only please).The apartment can sleep 4 people in comfort. The rental charge is for the apartment and there is no discount for under occupancy. A baby's cot with linen can be provided for approx 35 euro per week.
  
  Sorry, no pets are allowed and there is no smoking permitted inside the apartment.
