The apartment is located in upper area of Palau with a beautiful view on the seascape. It takes a few minutes walking to get to the center of the town or to the marina.
Indipendent entrance door and parking lot are sun-shed by a wide porch.
It is a two storey row house:
- on the first floor you will find the kitchen with fridge and the cooker, a wide terrace prospecting the sea with grill for barbecues, a double bedroom and one bathroom.
