Note

• High season weekly rentals are firmly Saturday to Saturday.
  Low season weekly rentals are flexible for arrival day.
  Intermediate season rentals for two weeks or more are flexible for arrival day.
  (All payments may be made in UK Pounds, or Euro to bank accounts in UK, or Germany at reasonable exchange rate to be agreed at the time of first payment)
  Free dry firewood for woodburning stove and open fireplace in cooler months,
  Plus metered gas at cost for central heating in winter (approx 16 UK pounds a day, depending on usage), with deposit to cover it, adjusted by usage after rental.
• £600 as booking/security deposit for one or two weeks reservation, to be credited to Bank account by bank transfer with signed contract returned within 5 days of provisional booking. (For each additional week, add one nights cost as part of the deposit.)
  Booking /Security deposit is progressively non-refundable if booking cancelled (details in contract). The deposit is refundable (minus £200, or currency equivalent , final cleaning & laundry charge) after visit, subject to no damage or loss.
• 50% payment for the full rental cost before 56 days from booking start date.
  50% payment for the full rental cost before 28 days from booking start date, after which joining instructions and other information will be e mailed.
  Reservation may be cancelled at owners discretion if full payment is not received by 28 days before booking start date.
