• Cleaning Fees:
  There is a final cleaning cost of €200 when staying for one week & €250 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

  Short Breaks:
  3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.
• Additional Facilities:
  We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
  
  Making a Booking:
  To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
• Calendar Updates:
  We manage a number of properties. The calendar updates are not shown, due to continuous availability changes. Please enquire for your chosen dates, cancellations and special offers.
  
  Notes:
  In riferimento alla delibera della Regione Lombardia n IX/2555 del 24.11.2011 articolo 4d in applicazione dell’art. 9 c.1 e dell’art. 25 c.3 L.R. 24/2006 se dichiara che l’immobile in soggetto non è soggetto all’obbligo di certificazione energetica.
