• Rental rates are for 2 persons for the period 30 October to 25 March; weekly rental rates for additional persons for this period, are:-
  For 3 persons - add 35 euros
  For 4 persons - add 55 euros
  For 5 persons - add 105 euros
  For 6 persons - add 155 euros
  For 7 persons - add 190 euros
  For 8 persons - add 225 euros
  
  Rental rates are for 4 persons for the period 26 March to 08 July, and from 29 August to 29 October; weekly rental rates for additional persons for these periods, are:-
  For 5 persons - add 70 euros
  For 6 persons - add 140 euros
  For 7 persons - add 205 euros
  For 8 persons - add 270 euros
  
  Weekly rental rates for the peak summer period, 09 July to 28 August, are fixed prices for up to 6 people. Weekly rental rates for additional persons for this period, are:-
  For 7 persons - add 75 euros
  For 8 persons - add 150 euro
• While water, gas and electricity are included in the price, electricity supply for the hot water and the air conditioners are all operated by card meters. Cards for these can be purchased from us at 5, 10 or 20 euros. We do however provide you with an equivalent of 3.5 to 6 euros per day (depending on the number of people in your party), which will be sufficient for up to 8 hours of continuous water heating per day, almost twice the amount required for your stay. This is being done to promote awareness against hot water and electricity wastage as prices for electricity on the island have recently escalated immensely.
  
  A final cleaning charge of 45 euros for every rental period is to be added to the rental rate.
  
  A 300 euro guarantee deposit is to be paid with the above against any damages - this money is refunded to you at the end of your stay following an inspection of the premises.
• Linen and towels, internet wifi, TV cable satellite channels, complimentary food pack, pick up from the airport on your arrival and weekly fresh bed linen and towel changes are provided free of charge.

  Early Arrivals
  Check-in time is 13:30 hrs, although if apartment has been vacant for at least the previous day, then this would also be available at an earlier time.
  
  Late Departures
  Although we will normally allow guests to stay in the apartment right up to their departure time, there may be instances when we will have to ask guests to vacate apartment earlier (10:00 hrs) to allow for cleaning works, mainly due to same day arrivals. In such circumstance, we can still keep your luggage for you until your departure time so you won't have to carry this around all day.
