• Upon arrival at Villa Serena the property manager will ask you to pay in cash a refundable deposit of EUR 1000.
  It will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
  
  Extra costs to be paid locally:
  - air conditioning/heating: Euro 100,00/week
  - final cleaning: Euro 200,00.
• The price includes:
  -One week in an exclusive villa for 6 people;
  -Daily cleaning and maintenance service of the home, garden and pool (3 hours during the morning);
  -Daily change of bathroom towels, kitchen linen and pool towels;
  -Midweek change of bed linen;
  -Use of the pool and parking;
  -Gas, water and energy consumption.
  
• A 30% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.
  Cancellation policy
  -Any amount will be required for cancellations made up within 60 days before the arrival date.
  -30% of the total amount if clients cancel the booking from 44 to 30 days before the arrival date;
  -60% of the total amount if clients cancel the booking from 29 to 22 days before the arrival date;
  -8% of the total if clients cancel the booking from 21 to 4 days before the arrival date;
  -00% of the total if clients cancel the booking from 3 to the day of your arrival.
