  ADVANCED CANCELLATION POLICY.
  By the customer:
  Cancellations notified 45 days or more in advance will be refunded wth 80% of the amount paid.
  Cancellations notified within 15 to 45 days will be refunded wth 50% of the amount paid.
  Cancellations notified less than 15 days in advance will lose the total amount paid for the booking
  In no event shall the amount deducted be less than 50 €. The client is responsible for all bank charges for the transfer of the refund.
  
  By Owner: .. and for reasons beyond his control or force majeure, may cancel reservationsover 90 days in advance, it will return the reservation paid in full without any compensation.
• Increase by clean less than 1 week for 2 pax = 35 Eur.
  Increase by clean less than 1 week for 3 or 4 pax= 40 Eur.
  Increase by final clean for more than 10 days = 45 Eur.
  Stays longer than 15 days will charged at least 1 cleanning service or more under request.

• ENTRY
  At a convenient date, the keys will be handed over for the apartment, rental contract confirmed and balance paid in cash plus 180 € as a deposit for potential damage. This deposit will be reembursed at the return of the keys if there is no damage. All payments will be made in cash. The entrance to the home is from 14 hours and before 21 hours. Entering sooner than 9 hours (if this is possible) or later than 21 hours will increase of 40 €, Unless otherwise agreed no entries will be from 00:00 am and 8:00 am .

  EXIT
  Will be made before 11:30. at the moment you return the keys and we will refund the deposit if everything is correct. Exit before 9:00 am (if this is possible) or later than 21:00 pm will increase of 40 €. , Unless otherwise agreed no entries will be from 10000 am and 8:00 am
