• Air-conditioning is available for a supplement of 100€ per week. This may be booked and paid on arrival as euro cash, as most guests find the modern design of the house leaves it pleasantly cool. A security deposit of 500€ or £500 sterling is payable on your arrival, if it proves unnecessary to use the deposit, this is refunded on checking out as, cash. An end of stay cleaning charge of £100 is payable at the time of booking. A transfer service from Alghero airport is available from just £40 one way for groups of 5 or less.   Cancellations 55 days to 42 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 42 days to 35 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 35 days to 28 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 28 days to 14 days of arrival are subject to cancellation fee of 75% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 14 days to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the holiday cost.
