• A supply of all bed linen and bathroom towels at the start of your stay will be provided. All utility bills included apart from LAN line and braodband usage.
  
  Wireless Broadband Usage
  Wireless broadband can be requested when you book. You will be charged an non-refundable preliminary payment of £7.00 per a stay. Any extra usage used above this amount during your stay will automatically be charged to you following your holiday at Sea Court Penthouse Apartments.
  If there are enough funds available we will automatically take this charge out of your security deposit otherwise you agree to pay this charge within three days following the last day of your booking.
  
  Booking in time : 3 PM
  We ask our guests to please not enter the apartment until their bookings scheduled arrival time as cleaning may still be in progress.
  
  Booking out time: 10 AM
  
  A standard security deposit for the amount of £50.00 is also required but is fully refundable as long as there is no damage.

  - 3 or 4 nights from 26th April ending Friday 3rd May £350.00. ***
