• To confirm a booking, we require a non-refundable 25% deposit together with a completed booking form. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival date, together with a £350 refundable security deposit.
  
  The house is available for 10 nights from 31st July to 10th August and the price is £1995 or nearest offer.
• A discount of £150 is deducted from bookings of two weeks.
  
  The pool is closed from the end of October until the start of the Easter school holidays. From Easter to October it is heated and this is included in the price.
  
  Late May/early June is a fabulous time to visit the Charente as the weather is usually good and the days are long. The heated private pool with its underwater lighting will be warm and inviting until late into the night.
• Our changeover dates can be flexible, particularly outside the peak seasonand 10/11 day holidays are possible. Please contact the owner.
