  Payment Conditions:
  -To make a reservation we require a deposit payment to be made of 20% of the total to our account.On receipt of your bank transfer, we will send you confirmation by e-mail.
  The outstanding balance of 80% is payable in cash (euros) on your arrival in Barcelona.

  This deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure less any amounts deducted for the cost of any damage to the property or any missing objects
