Note

• The weekly rate for 2 people is € 1.500,00.
  The price includes:  all facilities including central heating, weekly change of bed and bath linen,
  final cleaning and taxes. Should you have rented S. Tomà for 2 or more weeks, the apartment will be
  cleaned on Saturday and the linen will be changed.
  Extra: air conditioning
  Extra bed in the living area: € 20,00 per night.
  Conditions of payment: 50% of the rent is due at the moment of the booking by wire transfer free of bank charge, the other half upon arrival by cash. You are also asked to fill, sign and send by fax or by email the rental and booking conditions form which I will send you if you are interested in renting the apartment.
  Security deposit: Upon arrival we ask our guests to make a security deposit of Euro 250,00 in cash ($ and GBP are also accepted). At the end of the stay the deposit will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
• Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher of the number of beds initially stated.
  
  Arrival & Departure: if not otherwise agreed your arrival is expected between 4 and 7 pm. The apartment should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
  
  IMPORTANT: arrivals after 9 pm will be charged € 30,00 and after midnight € 50,00.
• Cancellation by the client: the following rates will apply:
  10% of the total rent will be retained as a handling fee
  25% of the total rent up to 6 months (180 days) before arrival
  35% of the total rent up to 5 months (150 days) before arrival
  50% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before arrival
  90% as from the 30th day before the date of arrival
  Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.
