  * Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge.
  * 24 hours assistance for any issue in and out the apartment
  * Free booking at Galleria Borghese Museum (you will only pay the entrance fee directly at museum)
  * Welcome pack
• Extras:
  * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (from 60 Euro)
  * Mobile telephone rental (5 Euro per day plus telephone bill): all calls to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You can also rent one more mobile to talk for free with the other one.
  * Broadband wireless Internet connection kit (installation and use) :
  * Up to 1 GB 30 Euro per week
  * Up to 2.5 GB: 40 Euro per week
  * Up to 5 GB: 50 Euro per week
• A 20% deposit is payable at booking (no charges for bank transfers or postal orders, a small charge applies to payments made by cheques in Euro or credit cards). Cash in Euro at check-in for the balance payment.
  
  Security deposit: 200 Euro refundable at the end of the stay.
