These apartments work well for groups, whether you want to be close to Central London, are coming for the Olympics, Wimbledon Tennis or plan to attend the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Open-plan living area comprising of a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The fully integrated designer kitchen has funky modern lighting, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher & waste disposal unit. All the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you could wish for are provided. Balham is 'south of the river' in South London Borough of Wandsworth, near Clapham. Just like neighbouring Clapham before it, Balham has undergone a massive transformation over recent years. This area is one of THE places to live for London commuters, young families and indeed celebrities such as TV presenter Sarah Beeny, and TV chef Ainsley Harriot.

Coffee bars, shops and supermarkets, dozens of excellent world cuisine restaurants including the popular 'Harrisons' (part-owned by celebrity chef Rick Stein). There are bars aplenty too, perhaps the best known being 'The Bedford'.

Authorisation for the Security Deposit amount will be made on your card; to be held in case of damages, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Your booking is confirmed only once you have received a letter of confirmation from us via email and the required deposit/full payment for the rental has been received by us. We aim to have the confirmation email sent to you as soon as possible and within 24 hrs of the time we have received your payment. Check-in details will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Late check-ins can be accommodated. Early check-in will only be possible if the Apartment happens to have been vacant the night prior to your arrival. Checkout is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation or Change:
Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows:
More than 55 days prior to arrival 25% of total Rental Sum
30 – 55 days prior to arrival: 50% of total Rental Sum
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of Rental Sum
Rental Deposit of 25% is non-refundable, even in the case of force majeure. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.

The landscaped garden is accessed from the lounge via French doors, leading firstly on to a private decked area and then onto the beautiful communal garden with a further decked patio. There is a table and chairs with seating for 6, as well as two sun loungers, a shed and a BBQ. Parking & Luggage: On-street parking available; daily permits £5.50 each should be ordered through us at time of booking as we must obtain them from our local council office. Otherwise metered parking is available from 09:30 - 17:30 on Monday through Saturday (max 4 hrs.) If you need to store luggage after arrival to London or until your departure from London and are not able to leave it with us as long as you'd like we recommend that you check with the main transport (rail or bus) terminals that will have luggage storage lockers.
