• Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday (unless agreed otherwise). Guests are invited to arrive after 4pm and to depart before 10am to allow time for a full house clean. All prices are quoted in Euros. Please note that a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. A refundable security deposit of €700 is payable at the same time as the 75% balance. This sum will be refunded, less any deductions for damages / breakages / extra cleaning, within 14 days of the end of the rental period. For stays of more than one week a free weekly clean and fresh bed linen and towels are provided.
  
  * All cleaning, laundry, and electricity costs are included in the prices.
  * Low Season & High Season central heating costs are charged as an extra at cost price.

  There is a new airline, CITY JET(Air France/KLM), now operating from London City Airport ( Central London) to Pau Airport (45mins away). The flights are on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Mondays making it ideal for a `Weekend Getaway`. Both airports are small, efficient and very modern. It is the most civilised way to travel to us from London and the airline provides an excellent service at a genuinely reasonable cost with no hidden `extras`.
