  Upon request it is possible to open the third bedroom for 1 additional person for Euro 25,00 per night in all seasons.

• Payment via Credit Card (VISA MASTERCARD) or by swift transfer (only from Europe, and with no charges to the beneficiary): 30% advance payment; balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival. Precautionary deposit on arrival in cash. Extras: extra charge for less than 1 week rentals; use of the laundry room; use of hot tub; possibility to rent swimming-pool towels.
  Upon request, with no extra charges, we may provide: baby cot with linen; high chair; plastic tub for baby bath.
  All the apts are equipped for sleeping and cooking requirements (self-catering: no consumables are provided). Sheets and towels are supplied (not including towels for the swimming pool).
  The apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 5.00pm to 8.00pm and departures by 10.00am.
